Digital Innovation Engineer – Software QA Automation (AI‑Enabled Testing)

Position Summary 
We are seeking a modern Software QA Automation Engineer who combines strong 
automation fundamentals with AI‑assisted testing practices. The ideal candidate will design, 
build, and maintain reliable automated test frameworks while leveraging AI tools to 
improve quality, speed, and coverage.
 
Key Responsibilities 
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent frameworks 
• Automate UI, API, and integration tests 
• Build reusable and scalable automation frameworks 
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines 
• Use AI tools (GitHub Copilot, test intelligence tools) to accelerate test creation and reduce flaky tests 
• Collaborate with developers and product teams in Agile environments 

Required Skills & Experience 
• 3+ years of experience in Software QA and Test Automation 
• Strong experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress 
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python 
• API testing experience 
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines 
• Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools 

Preferred Qualifications 
• Experience testing modern web applications 
• Mobile automation experience 
• Cloud testing experience (Azure preferred) 
• BDD framework exposure 
• Performance or security testing knowledge
